IPPC legislation requires industry to monitor and assess the impact of all air quality emissions including odour, noise dust and gases released to the environment. AES can help you to prove compliance with boundary conditions and UK Air Quality Standards through direct measurement. Dispersion modelling software can be used to predict concentrations beyond the site.
Ambient air monitoring is undertaken using recognised techniques and our fully specified air quality station can be deployed where continuous monitoring for main criteria pollutants is required. Dispersion modelling software can also estimate pollutant concentrations when assessing the impact of proposed facilities, the effects of process changes or new abatement technologies.
